To All Concerned:

First and foremost, great thanks to all those involved involved with Liberty Healthcare’s skilled nursing & rehabilitation communities for your dedication and compassion to the care and well-being of those whose lives are entrusted to Liberty Healthcare. Likewise, we are all grateful for the trust and confidence you are placing in us through this unprecedented time. As we face new territory and challenges to combat COVID 19, I want to ensure everyone; employees, families, the community, and all of our highly valued residents, that we are incorporating the most updated guidelines from The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (“CDC”), The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (“CMS”), local agencies, and officials in this most critical endeavor.

Our highest goal is to safeguard the health and safety of our residents.

We have implemented the following guidelines in our communities to combat the virus: (i) strictly limited visitation in all of our Liberty facilities; (ii) screening of all employees, vendors, and medical professionals when they enter our facilities; (iii) constant monitoring of our residents for any new signs and symptoms of respiratory illness and/or fever; and (iv) re-education of all of our staff on infection control practices, specifically, proper protective equipment, proper handwashing, and isolation guidelines from the CDC. If you would like more information from the CDC, please visit their website at www.cdc.com.

We are collaborating with our community hospitals and other medical providers to provide resources for one another in this pandemic situation.

Rest assured our heroic employees will be there for our residents and Liberty Healthcare will continue to incorporate the latest updates and guidelines into our practices.

We are touched by the warm human spirit of kindness and love for one another during this critical time of this pandemic Novel Coronavirus.
