Liberty Commons Nursing and Rehabilitation Center of Alamance County Receives a Deficiency-Free State Survey

Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services is proud to announce Liberty Commons Nursing and Rehabilitation Center of Alamance County in Burlington, North Carolina received a Deficiency-Free State Survey from the North Carolina Division of Health Service Regulation (DHSR). 

Receiving a Deficiency-Free State Survey following the state’s rigorous examination is an indicator of excellence and a distinction only a few communities are able to achieve.
